The smart digital solutions of our joint venture SAFO Germany GmbH automate and simplify traffic ticket management in companies. All processes of fine management, from processing to digital dispatch, are shortened and automated for the customer. Car rental companies, fleet operators or leasing companies benefit from the proven and transparent solution, which takes care of both the adherence to deadlines and the automatic dispatch to the penalty office.
The position is available immediately on a permanent basis and is also open to career changers.

These are your responsibilities

  • You are the operational contact person for colleagues and our customers in all matters relating to traffic ticket management.
  • Your activities include, in particular, the recording and processing of data in the system.
  • You carry out commissioned services on time and on your own responsibility.
  • You communicate independently with your team colleagues in England and Italy and occasionally also with our customers in German-speaking countries
  • You deal confidently with clarifications and complaints and don't let yourself get rattled
 Your opinion is needed: You participate in the exchange of rules with the European team in order to contribute to improvements for our customers and to improve the system. Once you have become familiar with our system and all tasks, we would like to develop you in the direction of project management so that you can onboard new customers yourself and set up new processes together with them and the IT department.

What you bring to the team

  • Although a degree in business administration is an advantage, we are also open to career changers who have a passion for our field and knowledge in related areas, such as data entry.
  • Fleet management or fleet administration are an advantage but not a must - don't worry, we will provide you with the specialist knowledge.
  • You are well-versed in the use of MS Office
  • You are characterised by a high degree of independence as well as a structured and precise way of working
  • Distinct service orientation and communication skills are a matter of course for you
  • First or preferably good communication and correspondence skills in English and ideally also Italian - your team colleagues are based in England and Italy
